Since February 2018, Serveo has been a strategic partner of Toledo City Council, offering a comprehensive facilities management service covering 16 public schools and ca. 40 municipal departments. This commitment includes the management of historic buildings, such as the Town Hall, the Municipal Archives and the Temple of San Marcos, and of 24-hour operational facilities, including local police stations and fire departments. Serveo's main objective has been to ensure the maintenance, cleaning and concierge service of such spaces, and to improve the well-being of the wider Toledo community.
