The comprehensive maintenance service for electromedical equipment focuses on patient safety and the operational efficiency of hospitals, ensuring maximum equipment availability. Serveo provides comprehensive management and control of equipment inventory, including accurate data on make, model, serial number and location. 

In addition, the service includes preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with Quirónsalud's internal regulations and policies. The possibility of integrating the HIS system with the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) is also being explored, which would allow for a precise study of the frequency of use of the equipment and optimise equipment management.

Customised solutions to deal with challenges in the sector

Prior to establishing a partnership with Serveo, Quirónsalud faced difficulties in maintaining its equipment, including overdue preventive maintenance and unaccounted or incompletely maintained devices. Taking a close and meticulous approach, Serveo made a thorough diagnosis and an on-site inventory that allowed the data to be updated in GIM and maintenance to be planned in line with the manufacturer's specifications. In addition, the healthcare sector faces challenges such as dependence on specific services from manufacturers. Serveo works to centralise and optimise such electromedical services in order to add value through on-site repairs and seek more sustainable development.
