We offer circular and sustainable solutions, we study the processes to reduce the use of resources, time and emissions, implementing Management Systems and operational and energy efficiency methodologies that allow us to minimise potential environmental impacts. We incorporate more ecological products, from recycled or recyclable materials. We also involve employees as essential parts of the model.

Ethical and Socially Responsible Management System

We ensure the integration of social concerns throughout the organisation's value chain, through an Ethical and Socially Responsible Management System SGE-21 and a good relationship with the various stakeholders. We coordinate it through different initiatives that are integrated into the Corporate Responsibility Plan's strategic lines with the aim of generating a positive impact in the communities where we operate. A handful of these lines are:​ 

Socio-labour integration

Sharing the knowledge generated in the company to facilitate the employability of people in situations of, or at risk of exclusion and encouraging their joining the labour market, as well as promoting employment among young people.​

This strategic line is consolidated through various initiatives such as organising workshops and programmes for people at risk of exclusion, non-labour work experience and the promotion of scholarships to promote youth employability, vocational guidance with mentoring and coaching sessions and trade schools where theoretical and practical training is provided for the professional training of people in situations of social exclusion.

Social action and innovation

Developing social and innovative actions that generate a positive impact and contribute to building sustainable and inclusive territories in the environments where we operate, promoting transformative entrepreneurship and volunteering. ​

Serveo coordinates this axis through the promotion the social approach to innovation, establishing alliances with the third sector, participating in forums, contributing through social clauses in tenders and developing specific social projects through sponsorships and donations that improve the company's impact in its local surroundings. ​

We are committed to establishing and promoting a culture of good governance and compliance, and ethical and responsible action in all our businesses as hallmarks when interacting with society and increasing the trust of our stakeholders.  

The culture of good governance and compliance is demonstrated in the integrity and professionalism with which all our employees carry out their jobs, as well as in the demands placed on our collaborators in each initiative.  

Code of Business Ethics

We have a Code of Business Ethics that constitutes a guide to the behaviours, attitudes and values to which all Serveo staff are committed, through our adherence and strict compliance. In addition, the Risk and Compliance Oversight Committee is responsible for promoting and enforcing all its guidelines. 

We have assumed compliance with the tenth principle of the United Nations Global Compact as one of our own, whereby "businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery".   

As key elements to strengthen the values and action principles included in our Code of Business Ethics, it is worth highlighting the development of policies related to Anti-Corruption, Compliance and the Crime Prevention Model, applicable to the entire workforce, Management and members of the Board of Directors, as well as the Code of Ethics for Suppliers regarding the responsible management of the supply chain. 

The Code of Ethics establishes a guide to behaviour in relation to the areas in which it operates, with a special focus on respect for human and labour rights, zero tolerance for any form of corruption, care for the environment, compliance with the law and commitment to the health and safety of its employees.

Anti-corruption policy

In line with the Code of Business Ethics and the tenth principle of the United Nations Global Compact, our Anti-Corruption Policy establishes the framework of action for the workforce, Management and directors under the fundamental principle of "zero tolerance" for any act of corruption, which this also extended to third parties with whom we collaborate in our initiatives.

Ethics channel

Serveo has an Ethics Channel, through which any worker or interested third party can report information related to actions that may be contrary to the Code of Business Ethics, internal regulations or current legislation to the Company, which affords all guarantees of confidentiality, anonymity and defence of the reporting person. 

The Ethics Channel Policy assigns roles and responsibilities and establishes the principles for the diligent and responsible management of the different communications sent.
